Our natural ice cream is made from high quality products and ingredients (natural buffalo, cow milk, wild berries, nuts). They are rich in taste and density. The texture is creamy. Flavors change every day. We serve our gelato with freshly baked waffle cones, which are prepared on-site at Gelato & Latte from selected products. We offer an addition of various toppings that we prepare on the spot.

Locally sources ingredients
The buffalo and cow milk from our Rozino Organic Farm reaches you in the most ecological way in the form of ice-cream. As for sustainable resource development, we all know how important it is to use local products and ingredients - our milk is produced at the beginning of the Rose Valley in the region between Stara Planina and Sredna Gora, which falls within the territory of the Central Balkan Biosphere Park in a protected area of Natura 2000. Our buffalos are of the breed Bulgarian Murray, and the cows are the Jersey breed. Because of the high amount of fat, milk and cream from these breeds are considered to be the best for the production of gelato. What’s very important for the delicious taste of ice cream is the origin of the milk and cream, so we produce it ourselves. This way we can guarantee the high quality of both the ingredients and the finished product.
The best gelato chefs
To achieve the incredible taste and density of the gelato, our team has undergone special training in Italy at Carpigiani Gelato University in Bologna after which our team trained at the Gelato Naturale Academy under the guidance of the world-famous gelato chef Manuela Presenti. In January of 2019, Gelato&Latte's team was accepted into the “Association of Italian Masters of the Italian Masters”, or Associazione Italiana Gelatieri. Our gelato masters have been awarded the honorable title of "Cavalieri del Gelato" to preserve Italian traditions in the preparation of this world-famous dessert.
